While we strive to verify the qualifications and suitability of every tutor, the Agency does not guarantee the outcome of any tuition services provided. All tutoring services are delivered independently by Tutors, who are not employees of the Agency.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the selected Tutor meets their individual needs and requirements. The Agency is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, claim, or damage arising from the engagement between Clients and Tutors.

By using our platform, Clients and Tutors agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.

Code of Conduct
We expect all users of our platform to behave ethically and respectfully.

Tutors and Clients must:

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Uphold integrity and honesty in lessons

• Refrain from discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour

• Adhere to agreed schedules and lesson plans

• Misconduct may result in account suspension or termination.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Clients:

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations.

• Late cancellations may incur full charges at the Tutor’s discretion.
  
  

For Tutors:

• Repeated short-notice cancellations may lead to removal from our platform.
  
  

Refunds:

• Considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. tutor misconduct or no-show).

• Subject to internal review by the Agency.

Personal Data Protection (PDPA Compliance)
We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

We collect personal data such as names, contact details, and student/tutor information to facilitate our tuition matching services.

We use your data to:

• Match Clients with Tutors

• Coordinate lessons and payments

Data Security & Retention
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

Your information is retained only as long as needed for service delivery or legal compliance. Afterward, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may require proof of identity.

Limitation of Liability
The Agency shall not be liable for:

• Academic outcomes

• Personal disputes between Tutors and Clients

All engagements are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
